如果開始Adobe的軟件的時候，出現上面錯誤，可以用以下解決方法：

Windows 7 使用者

1.請先移除發生此問題的軟件

2.完成之後，請到C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe中，
找到Adobe PCD，caps，backup這三個資料夾並且移除。

3.開始重新安裝軟件！

4.問題解決！驗證畫面重新出現！
